If you wish to proceed with the admission procedure, collect the admission form from the office, fill it out and submit it along with the following documents to our Admission officer.
Original Birth Certificate of the child (Grade I only) School Leaving Certificate for Grade II-IX with counter signature of the Education Officer, in case of change of state and or change of Board.
One certified photo copy of the school report of the previous year (wherever applicable) for record purpose only.
2 photographs with the name of the child and Application Form No. written behind the photograph and 1 stamp size photograph each of the parents for their I card.
Office Timing: 9.00am to 4.00p.m
Kindly ensure that the Application for Admission is complete in all respect so as to facilitate the admission process.
Admissions will be confirmed only on receipt of required documents and fees. (Post dated cheques of 4 quarters).

First come first serve basis….
Admission will be open to all, strictly on first come first serve basis. If seats are not available, the application will be placed on a WAIT LIST on first come first served basis and you will be notified as soon as a seat is available.
Sports and Performing Arts :
The following activities will be offered as a part of the school curriculum. These activities will be conducted within the school timings, in the school premises and will be supervised by specialized instructors. Students will choose three activities from the following.
Basketball, Football, Speech and Drama, Table Tennis, Cricket or Athletics.
Transportation :
Transportation facility will be provided by “Nitika Travels”. They will pick up students from centralized points along the main road. They also keep one female attendant to accompany children on all routes. Parents are to contact “Nitika Travels" for further details. (Information Sheet Enclosed)
Uniform:

Students to be present in full school uniform on the re-opening day .
Monsoon footwear (June-Sep): Plain black rubber sandals.
Footwear (Oct onwards): Plain black shoes (Bata) with laces for
boys/with buckles for girls and white canvas shoes with P.T uniform
(No fancy colours or designs will be allowed)

Fees
Fees are payable in four installments. The first installment is payable at the time of admission & subsequently payable on or before 15th of the first month of every quarter by post dated cheques to be given at the time of admission itself.
Under no circumstances will the fees paid to the school be refunded.
All fees are to be paid by Cheque or Demand Draft drawn in favour of “Arya Gurukul”.
If the cheque is dishonoured the admission will stand cancelled or Bank Charges of Rs.500/- will be charged
Computer Fees are to be paid by Cheque or Demand Draft drawn in favour of “Magnum Computer Education”
